If women are kidnapped, coerced, tricked, or held against their will, we already have laws against kidnapping, rape, fraud, and slavery. So why extra laws? It’s there to protect women that are in no way coerced, tricked, or imprisoned.
That actually leads to it’s downfall is that slavery prevents workers from picking the highest bidder.
Finally both slaves and higher paying capitalists have enough power to end slavery.
Slavery was often justified on the pretext of protecting slaves themselves. But that’s utter bullshit. Nothing serve workers’ interest more than vicious competition among employer. That means freedom.
Marriage and anti prostitution laws have that exact same problem. Hot women can’t simply pick the highest bidder.
Finally richer males and hot babes will have enough power to simply tell people to fuck marriage.
Recently labors salary are increasing thanks to globalization. Then labors went on strike. They demand minimum wage. They want to criminalize straightforward work for pay offers, called outsourcing.
They just hurt so many other labors that want a job too and drive investors away. That will worsen their labor salary. Do they care? Of course not.
Many labors do not want to join them. They just want to work and be productive and their boss love to reward those who are nice. Then what those who want to be nice is forced to join.
Now that’s slavery.
