Consequences

Basically I kind of like the idea that humans own themselves, and ownership imply control ship in most cases.

However, if people are interested on the actual consequences of commercialization of reproductive success and sexual relationship, this will be the result:

1. Richer men will be benefited because they can just hire more women. However, this will lead to more population with dentistry, music, business, and programming talent. Supply and demand relationship will lower their relative price bringing the cost down. This will bring equality. If government doesn’t endorse any kind of marriage, we won’t have more politicians. So don’t worry about it.

Will There Be Less Prostitution if Polygamy is Legal?

I think what the muslim really claim is that when polygamy is legal then prostitution will go away. That is very obvious because things that people do that used to be called prostitution is now called marriage.

However, that’s misleading. The issue is government still interfere in all kind of marriage whether polygamy and monogamy and that would still make most people worst off. It’s not the poly that’s the issue. It’s the “gamy” and government’s “blessing”, “interferences”, and “regulations” that comes with marriage that prevents people from maximizing their selfish interests.

Romance is the Second Most Dangerous Religion in the World

There is a fascist religion in western world called romance. These delusional people think that

1. Men and women have roughly equal utility function that they roughly want the same thing and capable to the same thing

2. For every man, there is one women that’s special just for him

3. They favor equal outcome between men and women. When outcomes are not equal, they irrationally believe that something is wrong.
