The more complicated formulas would take into account you as your own kids (with double coefficient), and your grandchildren (with less coefficient). Also I think the formula should tilt to bigger N rather than just higher S. Moreover, that S already takes into account privileges and power.
In other words, politicians, even though lowly paid, must be one of the happiest people on earth for being able to screw the rest of us. The same ways absolutely poor voters are still happy because he still has “a country” filled with milking cows he can squeeze dry as “assets”.
