Who kidnapped the IDF soldiers? Is it Hamas, or Hezbollah?

I am getting confused here.

How does Lebanon, a free market country, have anything to do with the kidnapping?

And why do civilians’ infrastructure, like roads, and airport get whacked?

I thought only terrorists target civilians. Why does Israel kill civilians?

Can anyone from both sides enlightened me of what’s going on?
