Oh by the way, anti polygamy laws within christianity is not really part of the scripture. It’s just that most Christians believe it is, though some Christians group do not.
Again, all groups have their fair share of prejudices. If polygamy is allowed, many males will not get women. Obviously those males would love to embrace any religious pretext that put polygamy on bad light.
